“boiler” means a pressure vessel that is heated by any means or process and that may be used at greater than atmospheric pressure, “automatic control”, in relation to a plant, installation or unit, means that it is provided with devices and systems that can start, stop, restart and modulate the action of the plant, installation or unit without the intervention of a person
